I just hate where the building is because cars can see you go in , don’t like how you have to still wait outside coss of covid , bar this it’s an amazing service

The nurse was lovely and very welcoming in a daunting situation. Every time I go to the clinic I worry but every time I think ‘why was I nervous for this?’

I don’t think this service could be improved at all it was ace.

There was no litter on the floor outside of brook and inside was completely clean and sanitary. The seating area was comfortable enough to wait a few minutes and it wasn’t long before I was seen to. The staff were friendly and caring; I didn’t feel judged at all, which is always nice.

I would of liked to able to of waited with my boyfriend in the seating area
